The Chelsea International Hostel is located in the historic residential area of Chelsea in Manhattan. We are centrally located just south of Midtown Manhattan and just north of Greenwich Village. Chelsea is a beautiful and safe area New York City with charming brownstones and a variety of local businesses. Our facility consists of eight brownstones connected by a contiguous backyard. Our groups are provided with complimentary luggage storage on the day of departure if needed. We provide linen, towels, pillows & blankets for all the beds. In addition to our amenities, we have two fully equipped common kitchens perfect for group meals or meeting spots. The property also has an internet room in addition to a beautiful courtyard area.

 

We offer two types of dormitory accommodations: rooms with shared bathrooms and rooms with private bathrooms. Our private rooms have shared bathrooms and sleep either one guest in a single bed or two guests in a double-size bed.  You must have at least 20 people and stay a minimum of 3 nights to receive a group rate. We do not book groups from July 1 through September 30 or on any major holiday. If you wish to book a group, please email our group reservation department.
