your confirmation with you when you check in .Your credit card will not be
charged at this time, it is used only for reservation purposes. Your
reservations will be confirmed when you recieve an Email from us. If you do not
want to send your credit card information over the internet, you may fax this
form to us. Please remember to include your email address, Email is the fastest
way to get confirmation of a reservation. Please, if you submit the
Reservations Form via the internet, do not fax us a copy.

When booking dorms, there is no guarantee a group of 2 or more
people will be in the same room. You will be booking beds, not
the room. Rooms are assigned on the arrival day. We are unable
to guarantee the room type you requested. We will do our best
to accommodate your requests
